Margherita Pizza Recipe
Delicious in our EK4923 Pizza Oven
Ingredients
50g tomato pizza sauce
60g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
4 basil leaves, torn
1tbsp olive oil
Method
Step 1: Spoon the passata into the middle of the pizza and spread across using the back of the spoon
Step 2: Drizzle the olive oil over the top and arrange the mozzarella and basil evenly
Step 3: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake the pizza for 1 minute or until the pizza crust is browned, rotating it 180° halfway through cooking
